Attorney General Eric Holder tells the New Yorker‘s Jeffrey Toobin that he plans to step down some time this year. Holder, the first African-American to be the nation’s top lawyer, has had a mixed tenure.
Holder is the only A.G. to be held in contempt by Congress, but also led a push to protect voting rights and expand protection for those who live a toeivah lifestyle. Read more at the New Yorker.
