Google has changed its search algorithm to provide more accurate information on the Holocaust after being criticized about a neo-Nazi website showing up as a top result in a search for whether the extermination of Jews actually happened under the Nazis.
Instead, searches will bring up top results for sites that include truthful accounts of the Holocaust as well as sites for Jewish museums, NBC News reported. The white supremacist site hasn’t appeared at the top of the list for Google results since the change.
“We don’t always get it right,” a Google spokesman admitted to NBC.
