Hewlett-Packard Co. is preparing to cut 25,000-30,000 jobs as it splits into two separate entities. The restructuring will cost the company $2.7 billion. One of the entities after the planned November split will be called Hewlett Packard Enterprise and will supply businesses with technology while the other HP Inc. will sell personal computers.
