Huckabee Launches Presidential Bid

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee launched his 2016 presidential bid Tuesday morning from his home state. An ordained Southern Baptist minister, the socially conservative Huckabee swept the Iowa Republican caucus in 2008 before losing the nomination.

“I hear some people say we’re going to have to have someone who knows how to fight,” Huckabee told supporters last month. “I’ll tell you what: If you battled the political machine that I battled, you know how to fight.” Read more at The New York Times.
