In a remarkable show of Achdus, Jewish communities worldwide are coming out in droves to help save a young-man’s life.

Chaim, a 24-year-old father with a 7-month old child, has a rare disease and is in desperate need of a match for a bone marrow transplant.

In a magnificent Kiddush Hashem, thousands of people hoping to be a match came out to have their cheeks swabbed at Yeshivos, Shuls, private homes, and local businesses in Baltimore, Brooklyn, Lakewood, New Square, the Five Towns, the Catskills, and Yerushalayim.

The test consists of a simple swab on the inside of the cheek followed by filling out a small form. If someone were to be a match, he or she would only have to undergo a small, non-invasive procedure to draw some blood.

However, volunteers are still needed. If you would like to take part in this great Zchus and organize a drive in your home or business, or to find a testing location near you, please call 917-902- 6196.
