Ahmad is suspected to have evaded arrest last week when the IDF carried out a manhunt in the Palestinian-controlled city of Jenin to apprehend the terror suspects, Palestinian media reported. One suspect was killed in a shootout with IDF troops during the raid and two IDF soldiers were injured.
Wissam Assam Jarrar, another relative of the terrorist, was purportedly arrested by Israeli security forces in Jenin.
