In light of the difficult battles constantly being waged by talmudei Torah in Eretz Hakodesh, gedolei Yisroel, led by Maran HaRav Elyashiv and the Rosh Yeshiva, HaRav Shteinman shlita, have decided to form an organization of managers of yeshivas and other educational institutions to be called Iggud Mosdos Pettur (Association of Exempt Institutions), which will help cope with various decrees constantly being foisted on the chareidi educational system by outside forces. The task will certainly be made easier as long as UTJ is within the government, but nonetheless it will not lack for things to do.
Iggud Mosdos Pettur brings together talmud Torah principals from every type of stream and background who are all guided by Vaad HaRabbonim LeInyonei Chinuch, which is led by gedolei Yisroel shlita.
