An unusual meeting is expected to take place today between the incoming Director General of the Foreign Minister, Dr. Dore Gold, and a senior Saudi official.
Dr. Gold, currently head of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, will meet with Maj. Gen. (ret) Anwar Eshki at the Council for Foreign Affairs in Washington for an on-the-record discussion on “Regional Challenges and Opportunities: The View from Saudi Arabia and Israel.”
The meeting is taking place after a year of joint activities by the Jerusalem Center and Eshki’s Middle East Center for Strategic and Legal Studies in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
