A federal judge has denied motions for acquittal and a new trial in the conviction of Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin, a former manager of an Iowa kosher slaughterhouse.U.S. District Judge Linda Reade ruled Wednesday that there was sufficient evidence for Sholom Rubashkin’s conviction and none of the grounds argued in the motions warranted a new trial.

Judge Linda Reade should be ued by all of us for this injustice. Why are we sitting here prim and pretty and taking this garbage? Is this “judge” the first and last and inbetween. Isn’t there anyone else to talk to? There has to be someone higher than her???
