Iran Develops Nuclear ‘Plan B’ February 27, 2013  10:24 am

iran-arak-nuclear-facilityWho knew Iran followed the motto of “try, try again” so well?

The country is apparently developing a Plan B for a nuclear bomb, with satellite images taken earlier this month showing Iran has activated a plant that could have nuclear capabilities.

The images, published in Britain’s Telegraph on today, show signs of the production of heavy water, which is needed to produce a nuclear reactor.

The heavily guarded facility has not been visited by the Atomic Energy Agency since August 2011, and Iran has refused to give requested information about the site. Iran insists the nuclear production is for peacetime use. Read more at Telegraph.
