ISIS Accepts Boko Haram’s Offer

ISIS has accepted Boko Haram’s pledge of allegiance in a video messages. With the Boko Haram alliance, ISIS comes a step closer to the global expansion of its self-proclaimed caliphate beyond the Middle East. The
