Israel is preparing for a heavy storm predicted to hit over the upcoming weekend.
Authorities distributed guidelines recommending that people in areas where the storm may hit should stock up with food, water, and non-electric heating elements. They also advised to avoid unnecessary drives or trips.
Strong rain is expected tomorrow from the north to the Negev, and thunderstorms are also expected along with an additional drop in temperatures.
On Erev Shabbos, there will be rain and storms in most parts of the country, with snow anticipated in the mountainous regions.
The Yerushalayim municipality is preparing to cope with the storm.
