united-nationsIsrael has reportedly agreed to another cease-fire in its conflict with Hamas, this time at the request of U.N. Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Robert Serry.

Under the agreement, Israel would halt its military operation in Gaza for five hours on Thursday.

According to Israeli Defense Ministry officials, the cease-fire will provide time to bring humanitarian aid into Gaza and give the residents of the coastal enclave time to reflect on the consequences of Hamas’s rocket attacks at Israel, reported Yediot Achronot.

  1. Now why would Israel agree to this? The UN hates Israel like poison and only wants to give Hamas time to restock and reposition themselves to attack and kill Israelis at a better rate. If the US was calling for it, I could perhaps understand, but the UN? Let Mr. Bunkhead just issue a few more “resolutions” condmening Israel! This is total insanity!
