Israel Shoots Down Syrian Drone In Israeli Airspace

A Patriot missile was deployed from a base in northern Israel after an unidentified object was spotted in the sky.

The aircraft, which was destroyed immediately, was later identified to be a drone which had entered Israeli airspace from Syria.

The drone was shot down in the Golan Heights.
