Be careful! Only give to recognized organiztaions. Scam artists ALWAYS use events like this (9/11, Sandy) to create a FAKE charity (it takes five minutes to put up a website) and keep the money for themselves.
Even reputable charities with little shaychus to the war itself should be monitored.
The very least everyone can do is to say TEHILLIM and also for the IDF Soldiers
