Nine executives from at least six Israeli travel agencies were arrested on charges they were inflating prices for students’ trips to former Nazi death camps across Europe, including Auschwitz.
Police are investigating what is said to be secret price-fixing arrangements among the companies, which organize the travel to Holocaust memorial sites for students.
The probe began after Israeli education ministry officials reportedly received identical quotes from all of the agencies. Read more at BBC News.
