Pinchas Asulin, retired president of Israel’s Southern Regional Court, shed tears when he put on tefillin for the first time in thirty years at a Chabad center in the Ukrainian town of Charson.

“It was an uplifting feeling to start the day when something like this happens, a Jew with a big soul who is moved to tears after not putting on tefillin for thirty years,” said Rav Yosef Yitzchok Wolf, who helped him fulfill the mitzvah. “There is no Jew who has no chance of returning home.”

  1. Would it not be a shame to see the children of the reform learn about this only True expression of the Davening soul? It is too bad we live without any sense in their “rabbis”. They are killing their own children.

  2. Too bad that your heart is full of hate and you just slandered an entire community of Yiriem ushleimim. go figure out how to fix such a horrible sheker hat you just posted.
