Close to 8 p.m. on Sunday, emergency services received reports of a group of Arabs attacking an Israeli man in a gas station on route 443, near Jerusalem. The terror attack victim, 26, suffered stab wounds to his upper body and was promptly evacuated to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Yerushalayim.
According to the IDF spokesperson, an armed force which happened to be close to the gas station opened fire on the attackers, neutralizing one of them on site. The IDF force proceeded to scouring the area for the escaping attackers.
According to paramedics, the victim was stabbed while fueling his car at the gas station. This stabbing, which leaves one wounded civilian, follows last week’s vehicular terrorist attack on route 60.
The Shaare Zedek Hospital spokesperson reports that the victim is in a stable condition. (Tazpit)
