  1. Can anyone imagine them being Rabbis elected to serve the public, standing next to this atheist and not even wearing a Yarmulke.

  2. Dear Jimmy,
The Atheist in the middle who is not wearing a Yarmulke, has done for clal yisrael than you ever will. That man, the ATHEIST is the President of the State of Israel. As such he is accorded the respect that he has earned. He happens to be the person that the Roshey Yeshiva of the Chareidi Yeshivot confer with when they have problems. Obviously, they hold him in high regard. It is a shame that you don’t. By the way, how do you know that President Shimon Peres is an atheist?

  3. After the dark cloud surrounding the election ptocess to this position let’s hope that they could be maarbeh k’vod Zhomayim and bring Yidden closer to avodaas haShem.

  4. In other pictures you can see that peres is wearing a yarmulke. Way to jump to conclusions. ne always put down other jews on this website

  5. Ceremony would have been enhanced by having both the New Watch and Old Watch there. In the US Presidential Inaugurations that is a very important part of the ceremony.
In the Temple Service both Watches participated in the weekly Lechem HaPanim (showbread) ceremony which was the last ceremony of the Old Watch and first ceremony of the New Watch.
