supreme-courtA Jewish woman is being discussed as a possible replacement for U.S. Supreme Court Justice David Souter.  Elena Kagan, who was confirmed as solicitor general in March but has not yet argued a case at the Supreme Court, is considered a candidate for the slot that will open up on the high court after the expected retirement of David Souter this June (as reported here). Kagan is a former dean of the Harvard Law School and was a lawyer and policy adviser in the Clinton adminstration.Ruth Bader Ginsburg was the first Jewish woman to be named to the Supreme Court, by President Bill Clinton in 1993.

  1. Just the words “Jewish Woman” and Supreme Court in the same sentence, is alarming.

Let’s see- the current “JEWISH WOMAN” on the bench is a wholly owned subsidiary of the infamous ACLU.

Should we expect more of the same ?

  2. Why would any frum Jew want a secular Jew representing us? If she were just secular I might not care so much but she is a liberal toeivah. The female equivalent to Barney Frank, another atheist toeivah Jew in high offices of government. And she will sit at the top of the courts and rule over the nation. A giant Chillul Hashem! Furthermore, does any frum yid really think she respects the Torah observant Jewish lifestyle and loves Hashem? If anything we have found in history that the greatest enemies of Jews have typically been other Jews. Now if anyone thinks we should be involved in politics while in galus please take a look at this woman and reevaluate your position!

  3. I totally agree with the above post. Anyone who thinks that starting up with Goyim is fine because this is America and what are they gonna do………is dead wrong.
