The Justice Department confirmed in a court filing late Friday that neither it nor the FBI has evidence that Trump Tower was the target of surveillance efforts by the Obama administration during the 2016 presidential election.

The Motion for Summary Judgement was filed in D.C. district court in response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the watchdog group American Oversight, which is seeking government records of surveillance in Trump Tower.

The Friday filing marked the Justice Department’s first official denial of the substance of Trump’s wiretapping tweets earlier this year. Read more at The Hill.

  1. The Justice Department who hates Trump with a passion.

“Official House Investigation CONFIRMS Obama’s Wiretapping On Trump!”

“General McInerney Says Obama Was ‘Heavily Listening to What Was Going on in the Trump Campaign’
Lieutenant general Thomas Mcinerney said that Obama is guilty of the Espionage Act, as the Trump administration was “definitely” spied on by the NSA and the CIA and not Russia related. The Russian hacking was fabricated and just used as a political cover in order to spy on Trump and take him down. According to Mcinerny, “the FBI Director Coney stated there’s been investigation on Trump since last July which means they’ve been using electronic means to get further information. He tipped us all off when he said it’s since July and the Trump campainingg was monitored electronically.”

  2. No evidence??? The New York Times and Washington Post had then reported that the NSA had transcripts of wiretapped conversations from Trump’s phone calls and phone records and that the FBI was asked to collect as much information as possible. And now they’re denying it?? But they still searching for the Russian ghost. Government corruption at its peak!
