The United Nations secretary-general said on Wednesday that he was “alarmed” to hear that rockets that were hidden at a U.N.-run school in Gaza were missing. Ban Ki-moon said he was filled with “outrage and regret” that rockets had been stored at facilities overseen by United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in Gaza.
