Killers Plotted Escape in Tailor Shop

Richard Matt and David SweatEscaped murderers Richard Matt and David Sweat allegedly plotted their daring plan from the safety of their upstate New York prison’s tailor shop, where the duo made Metro-North uniforms.

Authorities are questioning Joyce Mitchell, the 51-year-old female tailor-shop supervisor, who they fear may have known about the plan to make the rail-worker gear.

Authorities also released images of the men’s tattoos, which in Sweat’s case include the word “Rebel” on his left arm and the letters I, F, and B on fingers of his right hand. Read more at the New York Daily News.
