Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law believes the Republican nominee played a role in the FBI’s decision to review new Hillary Clinton emails.
In a radio interview late Friday, Lara Trump said, “I think my father-in-law forced their hand in this … You know, he has been the one since the beginning saying that she shouldn’t be able to run for president, and I commend him on that.” If “he had not put that pressure on,” the new emails would not be under as much scrutiny, she told WABC radio host Rita Cosby.
She went on to say the latest email scandal would be the “nail in the coffin” of the Democratic presidential nominee. After FBI Director James Comey revealed Friday that new emails had been discovered and would be reviewed, Trump announced the bombshell to supporters in New Hampshire, saying “justice will finally be done.” Read more at THE HILL.
