A large crowd gathered yesterday in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for the levaya of Faiga Greenwald a”h, a granddaughter of the Pupa Rebbe. She passed away at the age of 22.
The Pupa Rebbe eulogized his ainikel, speaking of the month of Elul and the renewal that is present every day during this month. He described his granddaughter as “a holy soul.”
Faiga was a daughter of Rav Pinchas Chaim Greenwald, son of the Rebbe and rov of Pupa Monsey.
After the levaya, kevurah took place at the bais hachaim in Kiryas Pupa.
