cuomo[Live video below, 1:30 p.m. Rav Reuven Feinstein to deliver opening prayer.] Gov. Andrew Cuomo will give his first State of the State speech at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. He will address his vision for getting the state out of its fiscal crisis and improving the state’s economy. New York state faces a budget deficit of at least $9.2 billion for the 2010-11 fiscal year.

Cuomo is expected to speak for about an hour.

  1. He just stated that he will pass toeivah ‘marriage’ once and for all (app. five minutes ago). He should be cut off.

    He claims he wants to fix and save the state, and here he says he wants to bring toeivah? That’s what you call saving the state?

    What a hypocrite. There was a photo of him going to and coming from church on Sunday. Is that what he heard there? Who is he fooling?
