[LIVE VIDEO BELOW.] When he lays out a list of national priorities in his sixth State of the Union address Tuesday night, President Obama will face a Congress that’s now controlled by his Republican opponents.
Tax proposals that would boost middle-class workers and require more from banks and America’s rich are in the president’s speech, so are immigration and health care.
Obama will also call on Congress to pass a resolution to authorize using military force against the extremist group ISIS.
