After nearly 60 years in office, Michigan Democrat John Dingell announced that he will retire at the end of this year. The Congressman will be 88 at the start of his next term and said, “I’m not going to be carried out feet first. I don’t want people to say I stayed too long.”
Age is likely not the only motive to get out, though. Dingell has openly expressed his disappointment’s with Congress’ extreme political polarization, “I find serving in the House to be obnoxious,” he said. “It’s become very hard because of the acrimony and bitterness, both in Congress and in the streets.” Read more at the Daily Caller.

This guy was so pro-Palestinian for such a long time. Glad to see him and Jim Moran finally leaving Congress for good.
Don’t you think term limits should be enforced if not by congress, but by voters. Don’t you think 60years in congress is little too much of your tax dollars and cronyism.
Hey John, can you do me a favor? Take Uncle Joe Biden with you.
