American Friends of Magen David Adom has received a donation of $25 million, the largest single gift benefiting the provider of emergency services in Israel, JTA reports.
The Atlanta-based Marcus Foundation donated the funds to build a new blood services center that will increase protection against terrorist attacks and be better able to serve the country’s growing population. Read more.
