Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is rejecting President Trump’s suggestion on how the Senate could promptly pass its ObamaCare overhaul measure — by immediately repealing the 2010 heath care law and replacing it later.

The Kentucky Republican said Friday night that the bill, which includes significant and complex changes to ObamaCare, remains challenging but “we are going to stick with that path.”

McConnell, the leader of GOP-controlled Senate, responded to Trump tweeting earlier in the day: “If Republican Senators are unable to pass what they are working on now, they should immediately REPEAL, and then REPLACE at a later date!” Read more at Fox News.

  1. You have to remember that Ryan, Boehner, and Mc Connell had no problem giving Obama and his group anything they wanted, and yes also the Supreme Court remember Obamacare is a tax or not a tax??? You have to vote for it before you read it, etc. etc. all that was okay. But here is something readable, discussable, etc. and they are confused, for our congress is becoming a very large joke. Keep voting for these people everyone and hoping for a different answer, isn’t that they say insanity. Remember congress is a birth to death term limit, for when you die that is your term limit.
