jose-luis-abarcaJose Luis Abarca, the former mayor of Iguana, Mexico, has been charged for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping of 43 student teachers who are now feared to be dead.

Abarca and an additional 44 people have been charged in the kidnapping of the students.

Abarca and his wife, Maria de los Angeles Pineda, were captured in Mexico City in November. Read more at The Huffington Post.
