Misameach outdid themselves once again with this years’ amazing Midwinter Event. The huge, action-packed party, sponsored by Chai Care and hosted at the Crystalware Warehouse in Lakewood, featured some incredible exhibits, thrilling shows, a hot, delicious fleishig buffet, and an amazing, all-star lineup of performers.
The children and families enjoyed pony rides, a petting zoo, and an indoor carnival with fun booths, a moon bounce and obstacle course. Live performances were made by superstar singers Meilich Kohn, Benny Friedman, Uri Davidi, Shauly Waldner, child soloist Moishy Holtzman, Ari Zoldan, Dovid Goldstein and the Azamrah Choir.
Ocean County Sherriff Michael G. Mastronardy set up a special booth where the children took turns posing for their photos and proudly received their very own Sherriff ID cards. Mayor Ray Coles and Lakewood Police Chief Greg Meyer made VIP Guest appearances as well.
The evening wrapped up with the main attractions – a dazzling Fire and Bike show and an incredible Elephant Show! The crowd cheered in delight as the 7,500+ lb. elephants showed off their amazing tricks and gravity defying stunts.
Each family received a custom photo magnet, photographed and prepared for them by Magnet Memory as a takeaway souvenir from this exciting evening. It will surely be a treasured memento as they remember the glorious events of this occasion for years to come.
