Special counsel Robert Mueller is requesting 70 blank subpoenas ahead of the trial of former Trump campaign head Paul Manafort.
Manafort is facing several charges of bank fraud and money laundering, including 18 criminal charges in Virginia federal court. He is also facing five charges in D.C.
Manafort has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
