For the first time, a siddur containing the p’sakim (halachic rulings) of Maran Rav Chaim Kanievsky has been released. The siddur, called Siach Tefillah, also contains rulings of Rav Chaim’s uncle, the Chazon Ishzt”l, selected by Rav Chaim.
At the end of the siddur, there is a special section containing the pesukim corresponding to people’s names that are to be said at the end of Shemoneh Esrei, and this list of pesukim was compiled personally by Rav Chaim.
Among the chiddushim contained in the siddur is a p’sak from Rav Chaim that if one remains awake all night to learn Torah, he is to recite Birchas Hatorah in the morning. If he went back to sleep afterwards, he is to again recite Birchas Hatorah when he wakes up in the morning.
The siddur also contains certain segulos that Rav Chaim instructed should be included.
Rav Chaim, we are told, painstakingly reviewed the final siddur and has expressed great satisfaction with its publication.
It is interesting to note that the word Siach, the first word of the name of the siddur, contains the first letters of Rav Chaim’s first names: Shmaryahu Yosef Chaim.

I’m amazed at how Matzav equates a new album from MBD with a new Siddur with Psakim from Rav Chaim Kanievski!
