New York – It’s a November weather wowza. New York City hit 70 degrees today, breaking a 1990 record of 69 degrees.
That’s pretty impressive, especially considering today’s average high is 49. The average low is 37.
It’s not going to last, though. Tuesday’s forecast calls for rain, and then temperatures will continue to drop all week, down to about 52 on Friday.
Some folks are taking advantage of the warmer weather to get a jump on putting up their holiday decorations around the house.
Others are simply enjoying the warm streak and sneaking in some holiday shopping without being burdened by heavy coats.

Al Gore was right.
If tons of snow can prove global warming, then record heat must DISprove global warming!
