North And South Korea Discuss Pyongyang’s Plan To Send Art Troupe To Olympics

North Korea and South Korea are reportedly discussing Pyongyang’s plan to send an art troupe to the South during next month’s Winter Olympics, the latest sign of thawing relations ahead of the event.

Officials from the two states met to hash out details about the troupe performing in South Korea, The Associated Press reported Sunday night.
