North Korea Restarts Nuke Reactor

james-clapperIn written testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said today that Kim Jong-un has made good on his threats to move forward with his nuclear weapons program.

According to Clapper, the country has grown the size of its uranium enrichment facility, and restarted a plutonium reactor that was shut down in 2007. Read more.
