New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is reportedly considering lifting grand jury secrecy when it comes to cases involving deaths of civilians by police officers.

The movement from Albany after a grand jury chose not to indict the police officer who killed Eric Garner.

Cuomo’s proposal would mean that the evidence and testimony presented to grand juries involving police would be made public after a decision. Read more at DNA Info.
