  1. Naxolone is highly effective towards people who have used heroin, kol hakavod. It saved very many lives in Europe.
One warning. If a non-MD uses it with a person who might not need (but who has used heroin) no big deal – although the user may be angry about their “ruined trip”. But if a non-MD uses it with someone who hasnt taken heroin (although being so altered it looks like it) naxolone/narcan may be very dangerous to human health.
I am in favour of drug legalization. Get “light” drugs available at the tobacco shop – heavily taxated, as they are less healthy than cigarettes. And let citizens request heavy drug users to get prescription from doctors. Why do people have to wait for hours in a line for chemo, and instead heroin is straightforward?
