NYT’s Haberman Admits: Trump ‘Often Tells The Truth’

New York Times White House correspondent Maggie Haberman on Sunday said President Trump “often tells the truth,” and cautioned against reading too far into the president’s motives.

Speaking to Brian Stelter on CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” Haberman said it is often a waste of time for people to “constantly [be] surprised” or look “for some deeper motive behind everything” Trump says or does.

“Trump lies frequently, or tells falsehoods frequently, or stretches the truth frequently, but he also often tells the truth,” Haberman said.

  1. How often does the New York Times tell the truth, huh??? 1%? 2% at the most.

    And for the record I have yet to catch President Trump with a lie.

  2. The New York SLIMES makes for good rags when washing your widows, or changing the oil in your car.
    That’s about it…

  3. The NYT prints the truth in every edition of its news only on one special place. It is on the first page, on top, in a small box that reads:
    “All the News that’s Fit to Print.”

    Everything else out of that box is not fit to print.
