Columbia University President Lee Bollinger announced Monday that President Obama is returning to campus in 2017. Bollinger didn’t elaborate further about Obama’s involvement at the university.
The relationship between Obama and his alma mater has been a bit rocky in the past with the university recently losing out on the opportunity to house the Obama Presidential Library.
The White House has said there is no final decision on Obama’s plans after his presidency. Read more at the Columbia Spectator.
