Obama: NSA Not Spying at Home

obamaIn a press conference Friday, President Obama said “I have confidence the NSA is not engaging in domestic surveillance or snooping around.”

Obama said he believes the NSA’s goals and public trust can be reconciled after Edward Snowden’s revelations and a legal ruling against the NSA last week. Obama was also asked if 2013 was the worst year of his presidency. “That’s not how I think about it,” he answered. Read more at The Washington Post.
