In a wide-ranging interview with The New Yorker, President Obama discussed the election of president-elect Donald Trump and struck a mostly optimistic tone on the future of the United States and his legacy.
“This is not the apocalypse,” Obama said. “I don’t believe in apocalyptic—until the apocalypse comes. I think nothing is the end of the world until the end of the world.”
