President Barack Obama will host a Pesach Seder at the White House with family, aides and friends on Tuesday. “We will enjoy the company of friends and loved ones, re-tell a timeless story, and give thanks for the freedom we are so blessed to enjoy,” Obama said in a written statement day, Erev Yom Tov.
In his comments at a holiday service today, Obama extended prayers to the victims of Sunday’s shooting at a Jewish community center and retirement home in Kansas. He said the the nation should “stand united” against this kind of violence.
“We have to keep coming together across faiths to combat the ignorance and intolerance, including anti-Semitism that can lead to hatred and to violence, because we’re all children of God,” said the president.
Noting that shuls and other facilities are increasing security for Pesach, Obama said that “nobody should have to worry about their security at a gathering with their fellow believers. No one should ever have to fear for their safety when they go to pray.”

And he will sing with all his might. Shfoch Chamoschoh …..
Is he going to sing l’shanah haba’ah for Pollard?
He will end it with saying “Next year without Jerusalem”. Chas V’Shalom. That is his policy on the US-Israel Interests. Disgusting.
yes.Obama should remember Pollard! We were praying so hard that this pesach he would be free here in Jerusalem-but again all his hopes were dashed. It’s too cruel and to use his life as a bargaining chip is monstrous!
