Rav Michel Yehudah, a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah of Degel HaTorah, was a talmid of the Chazon Ish, Rav Isser Zalman Meltzer, and one of the most prominent talmidim of Rav Shlomo Heiman.
Rav Michel Yehudah’s passing leaves an irreplacable void.
The levaya began at 10:30 a.m. at Rav Lefkowitz’s home on Rechov Vilkomirer in Bnei Brak.
Police closed down several streets. Due to the heavy heat, Hatzalah handed out water to the public.
