Rav Dovid Feinstein, Rav Aryeh Malkiel Kotler and Rav Zalman Leib Teitelbaum of Satmar traveled to Los Angeles on their continued campaign to help Jews of France who have immigrated to Eretz Yisroel, ensuring that their children can attend schools that provide Torah-true chinuch, so that they can live a life of Torah umitzvos.
Joining them, and speaking on behalf of the French Children’s Fund, were Reb Reuven Wolf, founder of the fund, and Rabbi Zvi Belsky, the executive director. They spent the day going from one home to another, meeting with askonim and Los Angeles baalei batim.
One of the stops was at the home of noted baal tzedakah and baal chesed Reb Shlomo Yehuda Rechnitz. Another was at the home of Rav Chaim Boruch Rubin, rov of Beis Medrash Kehal Etz Chaim Vishnitza.
