After having visited Yerushalayim this year, it seems unfortunately that there doesn’t have to be a reason for a hafgana. Those who want to burn garbage cans do not always need a legit reason to do so.
we took a picture of a garbage can on fire, with a banner glued on the side of the can begging people to not partake in violent hafganos. So much the note helped!
