[Photos below.] Photographer Itsik Roytman captured the sights, sounds – and smells – of this year’s Kosherfest, the world’s largest kosher products trade event, which took place across the Hudson River in Secaucus, New Jersey. Among the participants were many kosher food purveyors from Crown Heights, as well as Israel’s Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi Yona Metzger.
