[Photos below.] Misaskim has begun the process of writing a Sefer Torah l’illui nishmas Leiby Kletzky z”l. Representatives met with Rav Yechezkel Roth, the Karlsburger Rov, to receive his guidance in choosing theyerios and the sofer for this unique project. Rav Roth reviewed various samples and consulted with members of his bais din and various sofrim. He then offered his recommendation.
The Sefer Torah campaign in memory of Leiby is being spearheaded by Misaskim in an effort to offer comfort to the family and as a zechus for Leiby’s neshamah. People from many communities have come together to participate in this commemoration project and have expressed their heartfelt condolences to the family. A portion of the funds needed for the Sefer Torah have already been raised. To participate, click here.
