A federal appeals court on Wednesday rejected a bid by Jonathan Pollard, the former U.S. Navy intelligence officer who served 30 years in prison after being convicted of spying for Israel, to relax his parole conditions.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said the U.S. Parole Commission acted within its discretion in requiring Pollard to wear an electronic tracking device, obey a curfew, and allow his computers to be monitored.

Pollard pleaded to Prime Minister Netanyahu earlier this week, asking him to intercede on his behalf when the Prime Minister met with President Trump. Read more at REUTERS.

  1. Can’t decide who is more repulsive: Americans who railroaded and double standarded Pollard, or the Israeli elites who threw him under the bus.

  2. Read the AMI article on this a few mo. ago. He gave info to the wrong Israeli’s resulting in death of American spies. Unintentional but….that is the reason for the harsh sentence and parole.

    • According to James Woolsey, a former director of the CIA under the Clinton Administration, “Pollard did not get anybody killed”.

    • Got the names of the spies supposedly killed because of him? No? Who is the source of the story of these imaginary killed spies? Cap Weinberger and Co? The American judicial system has been very soft with real enemy spies whose activities resulted in major damage to this country, including death of American agents – that’s why it is disgusting how the double standard was applied to Pollard, who was treated way more harshly than the Soviet, Chicom, or islamonazi spies. Don’t look for excuses for the Jew haters.
